About Magnifit

Our Story

Magnifit was founded in 2023 with a simple belief — every child deserves the confidence and competence to move well, play well, and stay active for life.

Over the years, we observed a growing gap in how children are introduced to physical activity. Many children today are either exposed only to free play without structure, or pushed into competitive sports too early — without first developing essential movement skills, fitness, and confidence.

The kids’ fitness and sports ecosystem in India largely focuses on outcomes rather than foundations. Fundamental movement skills, physical literacy, and age-appropriate training are often overlooked during the most critical developmental years between 2 and 8. As a result, many children struggle with coordination, balance, and confidence, or drop out of physical activity altogether.

Magnifit was created to address this gap. Our vision is to build a strong Physical Literacy ecosystem in India — one that prioritizes fun, fitness, and foundational movement skills before early specialization. Through structured in-school programs and post-school academies, we aim to ensure that every child develops the ability, confidence, and motivation to stay physically active for life.

Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver age-appropriate, fun, and scientifically designed Physical Literacy programs that develop fundamental movement skills, fitness, and multi-sport exposure in children aged 2 to 8 years, through schools and academies.

Our Vision

To create a generation of physically literate children who are confident, active, and healthy for life.

Founder’s Message

As a sports professional and educator, I have seen firsthand how early movement experiences shape a child’s confidence, health, and lifelong relationship with physical activity.

In today’s world, children are introduced to sports either too late or pushed into structured training too early — often without building the basic movement skills their bodies truly need. The years between 2 and 8 are critical for developing these foundations.

Magnifit was created to bridge this gap. Our focus is not on early specialization or competition, but on building physical literacy through fun, age-appropriate activities that develop strength, balance, coordination, agility, and confidence.

Every child moves at their own pace, and at Magnifit, we respect that. Our programs are designed to ensure that children enjoy movement, feel successful, and grow into confident movers — whether they choose sports in the future or simply lead active, healthy lives.

Our promise to parents and schools is simple: we will always put the child first, prioritize long-term development, and make fitness a joyful part of childhood.

What is Physical Literacy?

Why It Matters

“Children who enjoy movement early are more likely to stay active, healthy, and confident for life”

At Magnifit, Physical Literacy is taught through fun, age-appropriate games and multi-sport activities for children aged 2 to 8.

Our Philosophy

How we approach fitness & sports for children

Fun Comes
First

Children learn best when they enjoy movement. No pressure. No fear. Just joy.

Strong Foundations Before Specialisation

We focus on movement skills and fitness before competitive sports.

Age-Appropriate Always

Activities are designed specifically for children aged 2 to 8 years.

Multi-Sport
Exposure

Football, Basketball, Handball, Tennis & more — so children move in many ways.

Process Over Performance

Progress matters more than results
or scores.

Every Child Is
Unique

We respect different abilities, learning speeds, and confidence levels.

When children enjoy movement, consistency follows — and lifelong fitness becomes a habit.
